**About the Role**:
**Are you looking for a Senior Sales role, where your focus is solely your TEAM?**
A rare opportunity exists for an experienced, dynamic, energetic and commercially astute Sales Supervisor with an unwavering commitment to the team, whose aim is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Supported by a strong leadership team, you will provide supervision and guidance to a team of 4 Business Development Representatives.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Plan and manage the activities of the sales team for the achievement of sales budget and growth objectives
- In conjunction with each salesperson, develop and implement account strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements
- Monitor the sales team to ensure product knowledge and company representation meets the standard required to achieve its sales objectives
- In consultation with the sales team, identify and target key market opportunities and drive utilisation of CRM digital tools
- Develop the sales team to achieve optimum success
**Ideally you will have / be**:
- Demonstrated people leadership skills, in particular growing and developing sales teams
- An outstanding communicator who thrives on building strong relationships within the broader company and team
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and difficult situations
- A keen interest in keeping abreast of changes in the market and different perspectives on how you do things
