We are currently seeking a Department Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store visual standards.

- Support the store management team to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Model exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer receives a memorable experience.
- Act as a product expert, guiding team members to deliver outstanding product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Uphold company standards, driving visual excellence across the store.
The Ideal Candidate
- A proven track record in retail or a similar industry, with 2-3 years' experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive KPIs, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a positive work culture.
