As the Reward Compliance Analyst, you'll be the guardian of compliance, data accuracy, and excellence in our payroll operations. You'll take the lead in crafting innovative audit frameworks, conducting insightful compliance reviews, and fine-tuning our payroll systems to keep Lion ahead of the curve.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and coach payroll teams on compliance and data accuracy.
- Develop and implement an annual payroll audit framework and conduct proactive compliance reviews.
- Act as Payroll SME for audits, ensuring compliance with superannuation and payroll tax laws.
- Monitor and manage legislative changes, educating the team and ensuring compliance.
- Champion process excellence, driving improvements in payroll systems and operations.
- Collaborate strategically with key stakeholders across the business, including Workplace Relations, People & Culture, and Internal Audit, to inform them of emerging trends, insights, and findings

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Extensive payroll experience in a high-volume transaction environment.
- Proven ability to lead internal audit processes and ensure compliance.
- Experience with multiple awards/Enterprise Agreements and leading change initiatives.
