Research and Development Assistant Manager or Manager required to work for a well-respected and dynamic accounting and advisory practice in Essendon. With a strong brand, a loyal client following and a workplace culture that is both supportive and flexible.

**Duties include**:

- Preparation of supporting documentation and audit requirements
- Manage project budgets and cashflows
- Preparation of strategic plans for growth opportunities
- Manage resourcing and funding requirements
- Seek continuous improvements and identify potential risks

**Your skills experience**:

- Prior experience in grants and R&D tax
- Industry experience in accounting, finance or law
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in technical or scientific writing
- A high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong internal and external relationship management

This role is suited to someone who is confident in their abilities and looking for a new challenging position with a fast growing business.
