About the RoleEvery day is different, but you'll be:Taking inbound calls from insurers, customers, and our own restoration crews.Triaging, recording, and updating claims across multiple systems and portals.Managing a mix of inbound, outbound, and email-based queries.Juggling high volumes while keeping a cool head and a warm tone.Hitting KPIs while making a genuine difference to people in need.Skills & ExperienceWe're after attitude as much as experience.
If you've got some (or all) of the below, we'd love to hear from you:Top-notch customer service and a friendly, professional phone manner.Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Accurate and efficient data entry.Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure.Empathy – you'll often speak with people in stressful situations.Insurance or call centre experience is handy but not essential.
