Customer Service Evaluator Position

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Evaluator to assess the quality of service in retail outlets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service standards and providing valuable feedback to clients.


The ideal candidate has excellent observation skills, is detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills. Experience with online surveys and a reliable internet connection are also essential.


As a Customer Service Evaluator, you will work independently to complete assignments and submit detailed reports. This role involves visiting retail outlets, posing as a customer, and making observations about your experience. You will then complete an online survey about your encounter, providing insightful feedback to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer service standards in retail outlets
