**About the Role**:

The role of Community Emergency Services Manager **(12 month Parental Leave cover)** is committed to providing efficient and professional emergency services to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, implement, and manage community emergency services.
- Administer Emergency Service Levy Operational and Capital Grants.
- Prepare annual budgets and future works planning.
- Develop and review relevant policies, local laws, and procedures.
- Be on-call and attend incidents as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services and relevant legislation.
- Experience in budget management and grant funding.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Current manual 'C' (Car) Class Driver's License.
