**About the role**:
The Digital Health Systems Analyst is a part of a team who are responsible for maintaining and supporting the core functionality within the Oracle Health EMR system, BOSSnet system and additional clinical systems. This role is one that will draw upon your experience in healthcare and Oracle Health EMR build to respond to incidents and ongoing problems in a timely manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the Digital Health Functional Team Lead with staff training and service ticket management.
- Collaborate with WH end users and the DTS team to update and maintain all core build.
- Foster relationships with vendors to ensure tickets logged are responded to in a timely manner.

**About you**:

- Have a tertiary qualification in a computer science or similar field.
- Have experience in maintaining enterprise EMR systems.
- Strong customer focus with an appreciation for the stresses of a clinical environment.
