locations 41-53 Pentex Street, Salisbury Brisbane QLD 4107, Australia Chubbtime type Full timeposted on Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id JR40001349Brisbane / Sunshine Coast / Northern NSW (Lismore)Full timeThe Portables Service Technician will be reporting into our Salisbury office, but with a broad client base we are flexible on your location within Brisbane area.The successful candidate will have previous industry experience in the fire protection industry including servicing, maintaining & selling fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and related products, and be able to obtain or already have industry accreditation.The role requires someone who can always represent the Chubb Fire brand to the highest of standards and capitalize on product sales opportunities whilst carrying out service work.You will contribute by:Servicingportable fire equipment on our customer premises and recommending portable fire protection and safety systems and equipment to comply with specific Australian StandardsAuditing client's locations, quoting &selling the full range of portable fire protection and safety systems, equipment, and servicesIdentifying, repairing & installing portable fire protection and safety systems and equipment to specific Australian StandardsCompleting and providing evidence of maintenance performed on equipment using electronic maintenance records and specific Industry documentationUnderstanding & exceeding specific financial & tolerance related targets & Key Performance IndicatorsExperience and Knowledge Requirements:Professional experience or qualifications specified by any applicable local classification structureA sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevantto Portable Service fireprotection equipmentAcurrent (QLD) QBCC License, for Fire - PortablesClass/Stream for Install and maintenance of Portable Equipment, is mandatoryCompetitive rates of payTraining in your initial employment withsenior technicians & supervisorsFully maintained tool of trade company vehicleExcellent job stability and career progressionVery lucrative Portable Service Incentive SchemeWe believe in diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from different backgrounds.
