As a Food & Beverage team member, you'll help create magical moments for our guests from sunrise to sunset across our range of unique dining spots.This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and brings positive energy to the floor.We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, uplift team culture, and deliver exceptional service across multiple outlets.As Assistant Outlet Manager, you will:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned F&B outlets
• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Monitor costs, stock and labour to ensure strong profitability
• Manage staff rosters and ensure compliance with payroll and legislation
• Contribute to menu ideas and implement upselling initiatives
• Uphold safety and hygiene standards across all outletsAbout you:
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role in high-volume venues
• Ability to motivate and coach diverse teams
• Proven skills in labour & cost control, rostering and operational standards
• Confident in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
• Experience supporting events, banquets, or functions is highly regarded but not essential
• QLD RSA required | QLD RMLV desirableHere's where you'll make a splash:
