**About the role**: - Provide high-quality advice and information on native title claims and NTILS functions to the executive and team manager. Identify emerging native title issues and propose innovative solutions. Negotiate and facilitate outcomes for native title claims, compensation claims, and complex Indigenous Land Use Agreements. Participate in developing policies and procedures for managing land and natural resources in the native title context. Maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, coordinate and supervise team members, and prepare complex reports and briefs.
**This position requires**: - Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire the knowledge of, relevant legislation information and systems (for example Queensland Globe) would be highly regarded. Travel outside normal working hours may be required. A positive contribution to workplace equity and diversity in a bid to enrich our culture of respect and inclusion.
