The adoption Coach will also provide End User support across multiple Digital Health systems, and actively engage in change management activities.About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, precept staff and contribute to professional practice.Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and coordinate education activities for individuals and groups.Demonstrated ability to apply well developed interpersonal and communication skills within a multi-disciplinary environment, including negotiation, consultation and conflict resolution.Expertise in assessing, planning, designing, implementing and evaluating education and training programs and events.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Cerner PowerChart and preferably experience in the and/or the ability to acquire these skills for in the areas of: PowerForms, PowerPlans, iView, Patient Lists, CareCompass, Mpages, etc.Exemplifies the West Moreton Health Professional Practice Model by demonstrating person-centred care, professional excellence, safe and effective care delivery, commitment to quality and safety, and collaborative practice.Mandatory RequirementsVaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16About West Moreton HealthWest Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
