Being part our clinical nurse team within community services supporting client care within our neighbourhood structure.With a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.Your part in our Clinical TeamAs our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a service portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through the provision of guidance and mentorship.

This IncludesDevelopment, implementation, monitoring and review of care plansComprehensive and accurate assessment of residentsAssisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional developmentSupport in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standardsWhat makes a difference for us?
You Will Be An Experienced Clinician, With Considerable Experience Within An Acute Or Aged Care Environment.
You'll Be An Advocate For Person-centred Care, Leading By Example Through Exceptional Communication And Customer Service.
You'll Present WithBachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualificationCurrent AHPRA registrationExtensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience.Ability to liaise with the care team and to provide co-ordinated care.Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing prioritiesExperience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team membersDemonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirableBlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family, we'd love you to be tooJoining the state's largest network of aged care workers with its over 8,000 strong, bright team in blue, you'll also be welcomed as part of the UnitingCare family.
