About the Role
The Regional Operations Manager will ensure the successful operation and delivery of service to the residents within the framework and guidance of Homestyle's policy and procedure; ensuring high quality services promoting the quality of life for residents are provided, whilst maintaining optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role oversees 5 Homestyle locations with travel to Point Cook, Tarneit, Geelong and Ocean Grove.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the Group General Manager and CEO and participating in the strategic, business, marketing and operational planning for the organisation
- Participating in the budget development process along with managing the budget throughout the year
- Analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities and developing strategies along with the Directors of Nursing and Group General Manager
- Maintaining accurate knowledge of laws, regulations and ethics relating to position responsibilities and reflecting these in practice
- Working with service and quality team for completion and submission of the Accreditation self-assessment kit; monitoring of compliance to the Aged Care Standards; participating in any unannounced accreditation visit to provide support and participate in interviews with ACQSC representatives as required

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a health related field
- Previous management experience in aged care
- Thorough understanding of aged care quality standards
- Thorough understanding of AN-ACC
- Senior level clinical skills and experience
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Current police check (or willing to obtain)
- Vaccination certificate
