Regional IT Operations Manager

As a Regional IT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing regional team members who support IT operations and service delivery.
About the Role:- Manage and lead regional IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Administrative duties, resource development, and issue addressing are essential requirements for this role.
- Foster a culture of continued maturity and process improvement within the regional IT teams.
- Responsible for delivering high-quality IT services across the geographic region under your oversight.
- Serve as a customer-facing escalation point for unresolved end-user issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the IT Service Centre/Help Desk to provide regional IT support services, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
- Review and audit service management reports, identifying areas for improvement and escalating critical data as necessary.
- Contribute to facilities planning services related to IT infrastructure provisioning, ensuring optimal resource allocation and utilization.
- Investigate security breaches, taking disciplinary actions when necessary to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct regular career development and performance reviews for direct reports, promoting growth and achievement within the team.
- Hold a tertiary or industry qualification in Information Technology.
- At least 3 years' experience working in an IT environment is required.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are necessary for success in this role.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and sound judgment to tackle complex challenges.
- Possess a logical approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions.
