4 Paws an established business with a doggy daycare/dog school based in Corrimal, catering for all dog types and sizes. We provide dog day care with pick up and drop off, training, dog walking and pet sitting.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving our manual vans to pick up dogs to and from daycare
- Transporting reactive dogs
- Greeting dogs and owners during pick up and drop off's.
- Conducting dog group off-leash walks at our fenced in paddock
- Carrying out day to day office duties
- Supervise, control and management of dogs to ensure safe levels of play and minimising stress levels in playgroup.
- Interacting with dogs in playgroups to provide basic training.
- Following basic training protocols
- Walking and training dogs unsupervised
- Ensuring client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Maintaining a clean work and safe work place
- Ensuring the dog's wellbeing and environment are maintained at the highest standard.
- Other tasks as directed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Current manual drivers license
- Okay with driving for long hours
- Physically able to walk around a paddock and handle larger dogs
- Must be able to handle large groups of dogs
- Confident manual driver
- Great at time management
- Excellent verbal communication to interact with clients
- Very confident around all sizes of dogs
- Must have an understanding of safety and overall dog care
- An understanding of dog body language
- Be passionate about working with dogs
- Ability to work in independently
- Self motivated, independent worker with a gentle, kind nature when handling dogs.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things.
- A "go-getter' attitude who can bring exciting new ideas to the team.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
