About This Role:
Proven experience (5+ years) in senior technical leadership roles, preferably within a managed service provider environment.
Expertise in cloud computing, network security, and modern workplace architectures.
Strong background in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, and designing ICT solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and mid-market clients.
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving results.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, Essential 8, and ITIL.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing others.
