We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our company's overall technological direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the organization's long-term technical strategy, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of technology.
  • Leverage expertise in cloud technologies, network infrastructure, and modern workplace environments to design and deliver secure, scalable solutions tailored to meet customer requirements.
  • Cultivate and mentor high-performing technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic business decisions as part of the senior leadership team, collaborating across departments to align technical initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Embody our company values and contribute to building our brand through exceptional leadership and vision.
About This Role:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in senior technical leadership roles, preferably within a managed service provider environment.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, network security, and modern workplace architectures.
  • Strong background in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, and designing ICT solutions for small to medium-sized businesses and mid-market clients.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams, with a focus on developing talent and driving results.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, Essential 8, and ITIL.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and developing others.
