We believe in having a positive impact on our people, our community, and our world.Job DescriptionAs our Senior Data Analyst & Report Writer , you'll turn complex data into clear insights.
You'll take the lead on designing, automating, and enhancing reporting across internal systems and key accounts, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve transparency and decision-making, supporting our journey into AI-driven analytics and bring best practices to life across the business.You'll sit within the Business Applications team which is part of our wider tech function.
You will play a key role in how we measure success, optimise performance, and future-proof our operations and be able to present this back to internal stakeholders and clients.
You will enable data-driven decision-making across Talent's recruitment operations, client services, and strategic initiatives by delivering visually compelling and insightful reporting outputsResponsibilities:Client Reporting & Insights:Design, automate and manage dashboards for high-value clientsCombine data from internal systems with external market insightsSet visual standards and tell clear stories through dataEnsure consistency, accuracy and reliability across all reportingInternal Operations & Systems ReportingBuild dashboards that track sales activity and tool usageIdentify patterns between sales activity, system usage and financial outcomesSupport AI initiatives by developing reporting around process efficiencyBusiness Report Optimisation & AutomationMaintain and enhance existing reporting frameworks and deliver best practice recommendationsAutomate recurring operational, advertising and candidate reportsCreate ad-hoc reporting to support data-led decision makingTrain internal users on how to access and interpret reportsAI Upskilling & Future-ProofingDevelop AI literacy and apply AI tools to enhance reportingExplore opportunities for intelligent reporting automationParticipate in L&D programs to learn emerging tech capabilitiesContinuous Improvement & InnovationAct as a reporting SME – recommending best-practice frameworks and toolsGather stakeholder feedback and deliver iterative improvementsQualificationsYou're technically strong, commercially aware, and passionate about using data to drive change.

Most importantly, you're someone who's excited about helping others understand data and use it well.You'll bring:5+ years in data analytics, BI or reportingAdvanced Power BI development and DAX expertiseStrong SQL and data modelling capabilitiesExperience working across multiple systems environments (e.g. ATS, CRM, finance)Proven ability to build executive-level dashboardsAdditional InformationWhat's in it for you?
