Job DescriptionWith rapid economic growth occurring in Greater Bendigo, Colliers is on the look out for an experienced and proactive sales expert to work alongside our expanding team based in Bendigo.
This role will see the right person leading the already established Victorian initiative in the sales, listing & marketing of commercial properties across the Greater Bendigo region.What you can expect:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceSourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties across Greater Bendigo and surrounding areasMaintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellersNegotiating property transactions from start to finishConducting inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial propertyCultivate & nurture strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplaceDelivering market knowledge and advice to clientsCoordinate (with Marketing department) the marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums and videos.QualificationsYou are a natural hunter who is commercially astuteEntrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experienceYou are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholdersWillingness to learn and ambitions to growCurrent Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or be willing to study to become a certified agentAdditional InformationWe Offer YouAccess to an extensive support team including team assistant, marketing department and administration Supportive and fun, team-oriented environment with regular social eventsCorporate Benefits Program including discounts on health and well-being, retail, travel/accommodation and moreCommitment to your professional development with ongoing opportunities for progressionIf you're keen to join a fast-paced team who likes to work hard and have fun, then we'd love to hear from you
