What we require:

- Ability to work in a customer focused, successful both website and store retail business
- Ability to manage and maintain our website by updating our daily products and products pricing
- Taking and organising for customer orders and placing their orders with our suppliers.
- Understanding returning policy of suppliers, and resolving customer RAs and lodging the RA claims with our suppliers
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decision to ensure happy customer and timely accurate services
