QBuild is a commercialised business unit of the Queensland Government. It has been Queensland Government's builder for over 160 years, playing an important role in communities across the state by building and maintaining government-owned assets such as schools, social housing, police stations and correctional and health facilities.
About the role

**Key responsibilities**:

- providing delivery teams with 'As-Is' process knowledge on Plan and Build products and services
- contributing to the development of design documents specifically relating to business process procedures and requirements
- facilitate requirements gathering / clarification on behalf of the business
- validating 'To-Be' business processes for the relevant functions and scenarios against system design
- assist with the development of process scenarios to be used during integration, system, user acceptance and performance testing and informing the development of training materials
- informing the development of operational and, where relevant, strategic business reporting requirements
- participate in planning and delivery for change management and data cleansing activities as required through our Agile way of working
- input to training and user documentation development and review
- input into data conversion, data cleansing, data collection and business data validation activities
- provide expert advice to the Product Owners and Business Analysts regarding the QBuild priority, business environment, business and service delivery requirements and impacts, and stakeholder management, scope management and risks.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- ability to interpret detailed and complex information from multiple sources including project documents
- willingness to be involved in and contribute to an agile way of working on a complex program of work.
- demonstrate specialist knowledge of the business operations across the Plan and Build products and services as per the QBuild Product and Services Guide.
