We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales & Service Receptionist to be the face and voice of our Mercedes-Benz dealership. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a fresh opportunity, no previous automotive experience is required — we offer comprehensive Mercedes-Benz training to help you succeed.

In this vital frontline role, you'll greet customers, manage calls, and support both our sales and service teams with key administrative tasks — all while delivering a premium experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz standard.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Reception**:

- Warmly welcome all customers and visitors upon arrival.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule service appointments and route enquiries to the correct departments.
- Maintain a clean, polished reception and showroom environment.

**Sales Administration**:

- Support the sales team with vehicle paperwork for both new and used cars.
- Prepare and organise contracts, compliance, and customer documentation.
- Assist with vehicle registration, certification, and delivery readiness.
- Liaise with finance and insurance partners to complete necessary documents.

**Service Department Support**:

- Manage service bookings and follow-up communication.
- Prepare job cards, update service records, and process customer invoices.
- Coordinate clear communication between service advisors, technicians, and customers.

**General Administration**:

- Order and manage showroom and office supplies.
- Perform daily admin tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- No experience required — full training provided through the Mercedes-Benz program.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a professional presentation.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior exposure to dealership systems like Auto-IT, Pentana, or Reynolds & Reynolds is a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
