Front of House Receptionist Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Newstead 4006

We are seeking a driven and hardworking Front of House Receptionist to join our team. Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring customers experience a luxury brand experience during their visit. You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Assist and support customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience
- Ensure relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard
- Work as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building
- Adhere to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Impeccable presentation
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questions
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
- Ability to respond and prioritise competing and urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while maintaining high work standards and accuracy
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Available to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week
