Front of House Receptionist – Mercedes-Benz Brisbane Newstead 4006
We are seeking a driven and hardworking Front of House Receptionist to join our team. Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring customers experience a luxury brand experience during their visit. You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing inquiries as appropriate and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Assist and support customers in the dealership, ensuring they are attended to and have an exceptional experience
Ensure relevant areas are kept clean and tidy and presented to an impeccable standard
Work as part of a team to ensure coverage across the building
Adhere to company policy and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
About You
Impeccable presentation
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced customer service environment
Excellent customer service and the ability to handle a variety of questions
Strong organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures
Ability to respond and prioritise competing and urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner while maintaining high work standards and accuracy
Ability and willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
Available to work Saturdays with one rostered day off during the week
