About the role
We are seeking an experienced Campaigns Manager to lead digital marketing campaigns for our b2b techchannel clients in the ANZ region. This is a hands-on role where you'll run campaigns end-to-end, brief writers and designers and effectively use marketing technology and AI to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery
: Own end-to-end paid media campaign management (search, social, display, programmatic)—from brief and audience/keyword strategy to creative testing, budget pacing, tracking (UTMs/pixels), optimization to targets, reporting & insights, and agency/vendor coordination.
Content & Creative Production:
Work with writers and designers to create and adapt campaign assets (ads, landing pages, decks, emails). Coordinate delivery across digital channels.
Marketing Automation & Nurture:
Build and manage email nurture workflows and campaigns in HubSpot (or similar platforms). Ensure leads are captured, tracked, and progressed through the funnel.
Website & Landing Pages:
Support campaign execution on WordPress, including uploading content, optimising landing pages, and managing updates for campaign launches.
Client Liaison:
Act as a key point of contact, keeping stakeholders updated and ensuring project success metrics are met.
Reporting & Insights:
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and highlight opportunities for optimisation.
Market Awareness:
Stay current with Microsoft partner and B2B tech marketing trends to bring insights into campaigns.
Required Skills and Competencies
Paid Media Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
Marketing Automation:
Proficiency with HubSpot (or equivalent) for email nurture, workflows, and lead management.
Website Management:
Comfortable working with WordPress to build/optimise campaign landing pages.
Microsoft PowerPoint Expertise:
Exceptional skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling narratives and professional GTM materials.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences including executives.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. You excel at Excel.
Collaboration:
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while working effectively in a fully remote environment. Skilled in partnering with cross-functional teams and navigating shifting project priorities with agility and focus.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in campaign management, paid media, or digital marketing.
Previous experience working with Microsoft technologies and partners is preferred
Strong proficiency in HubSpot (or similar), WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint.
