**About the Role**:
**Provide operational HR support and assistance to the Building People team, ensuring that HR policies, programs, and initiatives are consistently delivered throughout the organization.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provide assistance in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives, in alignment with the business needs**:
- **Assist in coordinating workforce planning (WFP) which may include capturing internal movements related to the mobilisation and demobilisation of projects in both the HRIS and WFP systems**:
- **Assist in coordinating actions related the recruitment process, which may include liaising the resourcing team, attending resourcing meetings and assisting with queries**:
- **Support new employees as directed during their on-boarding, which may include coordinating face to face components of inductions**:
- **Prepare human resource related documents, presentations, and statistics/data for employees and managers**:
- **Generate reports as required from various databases, which may include information on absenteeism, annual leave, training, licences, qualifications, and performance management data**:
- **Support 'Early Careers' processes including managing graduates and undergraduates, apprentice and trainees as required during their employment, this will include liaising with relevant corporate teams, managers and the employees themselves**:
- **Coordinate the probation review process, which may include issuing and following up on probation documentation and attending meetings**:
- **Assist in coordinating BU wide training/development initiatives which may include organising and scheduling training, assisting in the creation of new training, and reporting on uptake and implementation**:
**Key Requirements**:
- **2-3 years' previous experience in a human resource administration role**:
- **Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures**:
- **Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite**:
- **Prior experience in an human resource role**:
- **A general understanding of the technology and systems associated with employee records management**:
- **Ability to build and develop good working relationships**:
- **Exposure to engineering, construction, manufacturing or similar industry**:
