Responsibilities
Work model: hybrid. This role can be done in Moorebank, NSW; Fortitude Valley, QLD; Notting Hill, VIC; and Osborne Park, WA.
Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
Support the business and execute HR processes across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
Partner with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change and continuous improvement across the respective business area.

Qualifications
Highly skilled in working with HR processes and methodologies.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, with advanced knowledge of regulations and compliance, performance management, employee relations, reward systems, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Proficient in using HR and Talent Management technology, with a proven track record of data analysis and interpretation.
Passionate about continuous improvement and change management; innovative around employee experience and engagement.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, legal compliance, and strategy planning.
Experience in employee relations, including leading investigations and handling complex tasks.
Experience in a complex, multinational, global environment is advantageous.
