NES Fircroft are working with Woodside Energy seeking a versatile Lead HR Generalist to join their Business Partnering team. The role will primarily support the Marketing & Trading team, as well as some areas of our New Energy business.

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Duration of Assignment**: 12 month contract

**Roster**: Perth office hours, Monday to Friday

**Flexible Working Option**:Yes

**Department**: Marketing &Trading, Strategy & Climate, New Energy

**Size of Team**: 5 people

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
This is a broad ranging role encompassing a variety of HR Generalist skills sets.

On a day-to-day basis you will be delivering high quality, tactical HR workload including case management, disciplinary procedures, conflict management etc.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Experience across all/some of the following fields is preferred:

- Cultural change
- Strategic performance management and transformation
- Employee engagement
- Change management
- Leadership development and succession planning
- Data analytics
- Business orientated and outcomes focused
- Outstanding influencing and analytical skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in building long term partnerships
- Active membership in a professional association for Human Resources practitioners will be considered advantageous
