Chief Delivery and People Officer (CDPO) Melbourne-based, hybrid The Opportunity This newly created role sits at the intersection of service excellence and people leadership.
You will oversee all aspects of service delivery across the organisation, while ensuring that the internal culture, capability, and structure are aligned to support sustainable performance.
You'll work closely with clients, internal teams, and fellow executives to deliver results, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of service delivery strategies that meet client expectations and business objectives.
Manage and mentor internal delivery teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
Champion a caring, positive, inclusive workplace culture where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
Oversee operational processes, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
Act as a senior point of contact for major clients, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trusted relationships.
Collaborate with other executive leaders on strategic planning, risk management, and business growth.
Align workforce planning and team capability with organisational needs and delivery goals.
