At Domino's, our shift runner team is responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores, including the training, and coaching of team members, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and monitoring inventory levels on new stock.

Shift runners must have excellent organisational and communication skills, have strong leadership and customer management abilities, be outstanding coaches and trainers, and most importantly - have a great attitude.

**Shift Runner responsibilities**:

- Training and coaching
- Ordering stock and completing stock takes
- Managing the store during a shift
- Food safety supervision
- Cash control
- Staff management
- Safety and security
