Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is responsible for generating, growing, and maximizing sales revenue by engaging with customers, establishing new accounts, and strategically planning portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and win new business across the market, focusing on last-mile and same-day delivery solutions using innovative technology.
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans from prospecting and outreach to managing the full sales process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by tracking competitors and monitoring shifts in retail, e-commerce, and related sectors.
  • Nurture client relationships for long-term success using a consultative approach and ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with operations, support, and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and that service delivery meets client needs.
