Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our mechanical engineering projects from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
Ensure compliance with technical, commercial, regulatory, and safety standards.
Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or building services) or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a project management capacity.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A registered building practitioner or professional engineer qualification would be advantageous.
