In this rapid environment you will work in a high performing team of superstars, as the first point of contact for technical queries for a range of customers. You will be accountable for providing quality technical support to customers who develop to & access the Trading and Information system.

Customer readiness support is your forte for technical releases to ensure next level customer experience.

**Skills we are the hunt for**
- Previous experience in a customer service orientated & delivery focused environment
- Understanding of the Australian financial markets including Equity, Derivatives or OTC Markets
- Knowledge of Participant systems, operations and connectivity models across Front, Middle or Back Office environments
- Providing technical support
- Technical systems, protocols or infrastructure
