About the Role
Effectively set and deliver operational objectives to manage designated corporate governance activities, including but not limited to CHQ HHS's systems of document governance and quality management (including internal control), to promote transparency, ensure accountability, optimize decision-making, and drive organisational maturity.
Evaluate the performance and assess the maturity of document governance and quality management systems to validate their effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement continuous quality improvements.
Understand industry standards and apply best practices to ensure risk and compliance systems remain current and fit-for-purpose.
Navigate complex issues and manage change effectively from planning to delivery to support the maturity of risk and compliance systems.
Provide high-level advice to the Director of Corporate Governance and Risk to support the design, performance, and improvement of corporate governance functions, with an emphasis on integrated governance.
