**The Role**

The role of** Membership Consultant** involves prospecting, touring, closing, generating leads and assisting members. They will actively seek new business for the club and are the face of the club - Meet and greet members as they enter using your personality and charm to make them feel welcome. Provide prospective members with engaging and motivating details of our facility, classes and packages to suit their needs.

Membership Consultants primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Club Manager. The successful applicant should possess great communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy meeting new people.

Skills & Attributes:

- Have strong customer service skills
- Hold current First Aid & CPR Certification
- National Police Check
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
