**The opportunity**:
As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you'll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

**You'll also play a key role in**:

- Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values and motivate the team
- To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
- Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
- Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment and confidently make store decisions.

- ** Developing Sales and Budget Strategies**. Assist in managing the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.
- ** Enhancing Our Culture**. Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
- ** Maintaining Results.** We love to keep an eye on the KPIs that drive our business. Core metrics help us measure performance, improve, and achieve our vision of being the most loved beauty community. You'll also monitor KPIs and help develop store talent.

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail
- You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer
- You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills
- You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed
- You have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels
- You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings
- Have a drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite
