**Your new role**
- Provide expert media advice to key stakeholders, including portfolio Ministers' Offices and Senior Executive
- Liaise confidently with journalists, and prepare accurate, timely responses in consultation with internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate media issues and prepare mitigations, and proactively recognise and seize media opportunities
- Champion the use of established processes and procedures and ensure that outputs and advice are accounted for and of a consistent quality
- Foster close, consultative relationships with key stakeholders, including portfolio Ministers' Offices
- Prepare a range of written media outputs, which may include media releases, talking points and speeches

- Stay proactive in crisis communication and handling public relation issues
