**About the client**:
My client is a well-respected global law firm, with a growing presence. They are seeking an experienced Legal finance / Accounts Officer who is interested in working in a broad, all-encompassing capacity.

**Job duties**:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not limited to:

- Payment of invoices to external providers;
- Managing expenses;
- Trust transactions and reconciliation of the account;
- Financial reporting as and when required;
- Supporting the firm's billing processes;
- Risk management
- Developing policies and processes relating to finance;
- Other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required

**About you**:

- 2 years+ in a finance role within legal, professional services, or other partnership structured business
- Previous experience in trust accounting is essential, and any exposure to billings, AP and AR are highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Exceptional time management
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
