**WHAT'S THE POSITION?**

ITFM requires a unique blend of technology, finance, and strategy skills, making it a compelling field for professionals who can optimise resource usage, drive cost-efficiency, and align IT investments with business objectives. What we do can't be neatly packaged into a position description. If you want to know what you will be doing a week, a month, a year from now, this is probably not the team for you. The role is often challenging, uncertain and will push you out of your comfort zone at times. By joining our ITFM team, you will be asked to:

- Delve into the detail of IT numbers, financial models, procurement, and consumption patterns;
- Provide sound advice using models, ITFM tools and data-based analyses to inform decisions and shape the bigger picture;
- Drive the delivery of outputs and shared outcomes hand-in-hand with the clients you serve;
- Guide stakeholders along a journey they may find uncomfortable and overwhelming at times;
- Join a team of generalists and technical experts who may approach tasks from differing angles; and
- Solve complex problems by asking the "so what" and joining the dots.
