We're now hiring aInnovation Managerto lead the most mission-critical team in the business: the function responsible for taking products from brief to purchase order.
You'll lead product execution end-to-end managing a team and being a cross functional support for supplier partners, and customer delivery.
You'll be responsible for how products are developed, tracked, and handed over with speed, precision, and commercial viability.
As the first executive leader in this function, you'll build the foundations for product innovation at scale and set the standard for what world-class execution looks like.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Leading the full lifecycle of product development across all SKUs owning execution from initial customer brief to signed purchase order.
Managing and scaling a high-performing team of product developers and project managers with a focus on executional excellence.
Coordinating supplier relationships globally, ensuring components and samples are delivered on time, to spec, and with minimal friction.
Acting as the key escalation point for delays, issues, and quality concerns, while maintaining clear communication across customers and internal teams.
Collaborating across the business (Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Supplier Growth) to ensure successful handoffs and commercial impact.
Designing and refining processes and internal systems to accelerate time-to-market, reduce development churn, and improve conversion rates.
This isn't project management, it's product innovation infrastructure and you'll sit at the centre of a global supply chain, a world-class customer base, and a fast-evolving tech platform.
You'll own delivery and outcomes across the board, and have the autonomy to build scalable systems, lead cross-functional execution, and directly influence how physical product creation happens in the modern world.
Your work will have direct commercial impact, with metrics such as:
Time-to-SKU developed
Conversion of briefs to purchase orders
Reduction in sample iteration cycles
On-time delivery rate
Monthly value of purchase orders closed
You will possess:
Strong leadership skills and executional DNA, you drive clarity, momentum, and results.
A commercial mindset, able to balance delivery with customer satisfaction and business viability.
Skilled in managing complexity and ambiguity, and turning moving parts into structured, trackable outcomes.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working directly with external suppliers and customers.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and energised by high-stakes environments, you lead from the front with confidence and purpose.

Experience in leadership roles in innovation, or program management within a fast-growth tech business.
