Our client, a leader in Infrastructure Services based in Henderson are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their team.

Our client, a leader in Infrastructure Services based in Henderson are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their team.

Start: ASAP

Location: Henderson

Length: 3 month assignment with potential to go permanent

Hours: Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: Approx $35 + Super

**The Role**

This role will have a strong focus on providing administrative support to the Maintenance Operations team, processing maintenance requests identified during routine inspections across various sites.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Gathering all information required to submit maintenance workorders
- Creating work orders in SAP
- Ensure invoicing data is collected and accurate
- Assist with paperwork and permits for Users on site
- Assist with Pass Office requirements
- Ensure records of compliance with permits and approvals is maintained
- Assist with management of service contracts
- Ensuring all that all work order and asset management service specifications and requirements are delivered in a safe, timely and client focussed manner
- Reporting and analysis of asset data
- Provide relief for other administration assistants as needed
- Data extraction from the Site CMMS and report development
- General administrative duties such as credit card reconciliation and claims processing as well as assisting other administrative team members
- Condition monitoring reports
- Managing a busy inbox
- Systems: MS Office Suite, Maximo (desired) or SAP / PRONTO

**Experience Required**
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administration support role
- SAP Experience will be highly regarded or similar
- Intermediate MS Office computer literacy and proficiency including Excel
- Ariba knowledge advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- Reporting skills desirable
- Excellent organisational skills
