**The organisation**
We currently assist a well-regarded organisation, part of a listed group, to recruit a Finance and Payroll Officer on a permanent basis. They have built a solid reputation and are experiencing significant growth as a result of the quality of their service and the expertise of their people. **The role**
Part of a high performing team, this position reports directly to the Financial Accounting and Payroll Manager. Key responsibilities will include:

- End to end payroll processing
- Debtor Management
- Payroll reporting obligations (Payroll Tax, PAYG, Superannuation and more)
- System Maintenance
- Supporting employees with any queries related to payroll
- Assisting with management reporting obligations

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in end to end payroll
- Relevant previous experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Strong communication an interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and a customer focus approach
