**Your New Role**:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As our **Clinical Quality Partner - Hospital Services in the Home** you'll work closely with the Head of Out of Hospital Operations to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care outside traditional hospital settings. Your role involves implementing safety and quality systems and processes, incident and feedback management, continuous improvement, audit, accreditation, and customer partnerships.
This **hybrid** role will be working out of our Melbourne Spring St Office and from home. This is a **permanent, full-time** position.
**The day to day**:
- Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure alignment with relevant Quality Standards.
- Support frontline staff in reporting and managing clinical incidents and complaints, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Coordinate investigation of incidents and support implementation of recommended actions.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and projects, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Assist service delivery teams in responding to audit findings and preparing for accreditation assessments.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Out of Hospital Operations to address gaps in service delivery and support incident management.
- Engage customers in their care and participate in co-design activities.
- Provide performance data, analysis, and relevant reports related to quality and safety.

**Capabilities and Experience**:
- Customer focus, operational excellence, compelling communication, and ability to engage and develop others.
- Strong written and verbal skills, detail-oriented with exceptional follow-up, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Experience in acute healthcare and/or out of hospital programs.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems, Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and accreditation processes.
