We're about making a difference.About the roleAbout the RoleAs the IAM Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading our Identity and Access Management environment, helping protect our systems and information by ensuring secure access and supporting compliance.
This role will work closely with the wider IT Security team and various stakeholders across the business to manage incidents, drive improvements, and support ongoing reviews of access and governance processes.This role is hybrid, with 2 days a week based at our Chadstone Support OfficeWhat You'll Be DoingLead and support a small IAM team, including permanent and contract team membersOversee access management processes, including provisioning, approvals, and system reviewsRespond to and manage IAM-related incidents and service requestsContribute to IAM strategy and continuous improvement of security practicesWork with stakeholders to plan and implement new tools, systems, and enhancementsMaintain and support identity governance tools such as SailPoint and Azure ADCollaborate with external vendors and testing partners as neededSupport compliance with data-related regulations such as PCILead IAM audit activities and reporting of security control effectivenessAbout youYou're a proactive and experienced IT professional with a strong background in identity and access management.
