About This Role

This is an experienced professional who has solid expertise in Identity Access Management and a deep understanding of the concepts of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privilege Access Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements for IAM solutions and work with stakeholders to identify and document them.
  • Examine current and proposed business processes to ensure they are aligned with IAM policies and procedures.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs by collaborating with technical teams.
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows, to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.
  • Participate in testing and validation of IAM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and security standards.
  • Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks related to business requirements and processes.
  • Optimize IAM processes and solutions through continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for identity and access management, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
  • Document business rules, data flows, and integration points between Microsoft Entra ID and HCM, Payroll, and Finance systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to master data management and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and enforce access controls and audit trails by collaborating with security teams.
  • Develop training materials and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of the new identity management solution.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for identity-related issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
