What you'll do:Work with the sales team by qualifying leads over the phone that come through each dayBuild on your product knowledge and gain a strong acumen in outbound prospecting to handle objections, understand SME issues/ pain points and communicate Valiant's solutionsHandle inbound calls from existing and prospective customersKeep up to date with industry and product knowledge to ensure you are providing customers with accurate and applicable informationThe ideal candidate:Will be a graduate or undergraduates looking to enter the world of finance, or alternatively a background in sales, retail or customer serviceWill have excellent communication skillsExcited to build a career in finance and salesBefore we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
