**About the role**:
We are Australia's only theme park resort, located in Main Beach. Our resort boasts beautiful views of the Broadwater and is just a few minutes' walk from the Spit.

The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will assist with the efficient running of the Food & Beverage department, by achieving high levels of guest & team member satisfaction while delivering the desired revenue and profitability.

**Main Duties**:

- Lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Roster, monitor and report on labor hours in line with business levels and legislative requirements
- Manage the Food and Beverage outlets or events department to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
- Keep up with industry trends and participate in the development of new products or service styles
- Oversee daily shift duties, including opening/closing, tills, and reports
- Be proactive in training team members
- Receive and review relevant health and safety information and reports to ensure all areas are compliant
- Participate and collaborate in meetings with Events Sales teams and external clients and guests

**About you**:

- Proven experience in a similar multi-site role and/or resort or hotel events
- Understanding of budgets and effective cost control in regard to labour/ hours and food costs
- Passionate about creating great guest experiences with a focus on service
- Driven and pro-active team player
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident and proficient at dealing with people
- Constantly strives for improvement
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset
