Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily operations of food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service quality, and seamless dining experiences.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team, coordinating breaks, providing on-the-job training, and developing staff skills to improve performance.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in line with HACAP and ALLSafe guidelines, storing and maintaining outlet service equipment, recording breakages, and conducting regular stock takes.

Liaising with guests, chefs, and kitchen brigades to ensure specials/promotions and dietary requirements are met. Maintaining accurate shift cash/charge balances and handovers.
