Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Grounds & Maintenance Officer to help keep our holiday park looking its best and running smoothly. This is a casual position with potential for extra hours during peak seasons.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain our grounds through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to create a welcoming outdoor space.
  • Perform general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
  • Carry out regular WHS checks and ensure all maintenance activities are documented properly.
  • Work closely with your team, respond to resident queries, and help foster a respectful, positive workplace.
  • Coordinate contractor work and help maintain high standards within budget.
What We're Looking For
  • A current "C" Class driver's licence.
  • Solid experience in building and grounds maintenance, with a calm and practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and using tools across varied terrain.
  • Awareness of safety protocols, PPE, and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.
